Who is this prize draw open to?
You are eligible to enter one of the prize draws if the following conditions are met:
- You have purchased one of Green Flag’s UK breakdown covers, via the Green Flag website (Rescue, Rescue Plus, Recovery, Recovery Plus) between 17th July 2024 and 23:59 hours on 2nd October 2024 ('Offer Period');
- Cover does not need to commence between these dates, but the policy must be purchased during the Offer Period;
- Your policy must be active at the time of draw;
- You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.
The following customers are not eligible to enter the prize draw:
- Customers that purchase a policy via a price comparison website
- Customers that purchase a policy via the phone.
- Existing Green Flag customers who are renewing their policy or
- Customers purchasing Green Flag European Breakdown cover

What is the prize?
Customers who are entered into the prize draw will have the chance to win an amount equal to their annual premium. There will be 450 winners in each prize draw.
How do I enter?
You will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon purchasing your new Green Flag Uk Breakdown policy provided you meet the criteria above. Entrants will receive an email approximately 7 working days after your policy purchase date letting you know you have been entered.
The email will be sent from noreply@greenflagtreat.co.uk and if you can't find it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folders too. And if you still can't find it then feel free to send a message to the team here and a member of the team will be happy to help.
How do I opt out?
If you are sure that you'd like to opt out of the chance of winning your annual premium back, you can click on the 'Opt Out' link within your 'what happens next' email. If you are entered into the prize draw for a policy purchased between 17/07/24 and 24/08/24 inclusive, you will have until 12/09/24 to opt out. If you are entered into the prize draw for policies purchased between 25/08/24 and 02/10/24 inclusive, you will have until 18/10/24 to opt out. Please make sure you read the email carefully.
When will I find out if I've won?
- There are two (2) prize draws and which one you are entered into will depend on your policy purchase date. Only one entry per purchased policy.
- The first prize draw will take place on 30th September 2024 for any eligible customers who have purchased a policy between 17/07/24 and 24/08/24 inclusive.
- The second prize draw will take place on 11th November 2024 for any eligible customers who have purchased a policy between 25/08/24 and 02/10/24 inclusive.
Winners will then receive an email within 30 days of the draw taking place to confirm they’ve won and details on when they can expect their cheque to arrive. Look out for an email from ‘noreply@greenflagtreat.co.uk’
How do I get my prize?
You will receive your prize by cheque in the post within 14 days of you being notified as a winner.
How can I check if I've won?
All winners will be contacted via email. However if you think you may have an issues receiving emails, you can contact us here.
Can I stop my direct debit instead of receiving a cheque?
No, winners will receive the prize of a sum equal to the cost of their annual premium by cheque. You’ll continue to be billed each month, if you pay monthly.
